Clarence Dock is great for students who want to experience the city lifestyle. There’s a huge bar on site where there’s always stuff going on like big-screen sports, film evenings and events put on by the student-led Residents' Committee. The area around Clarence Dock has recently been redeveloped too, so now there's a Tesco Metro, casino and lots of shops right nearby.

- Going to the Royal Armouries. Yes it sounds sad, but it’s full of weapons! It’s always a bit of fun and, best of all, absolutely free
- The bus stop that is right outside the main entrance which gets you straight to uni if you don't fancy the walk
